Ancho Grill is a fictional company I created just for the fun of it. I designed a company logo, produced all it’s marketing materials including, stationary, menus even t-shirt designs. The location for this fictional restaurant is Las Vegas, New Mexico. The reason I picked Las Vegas, N.M. is years ago while driving back to Colorado from Tucson I stopped at Charlie’s Bakery and Café for a snack. I ordered eggs with papitas, green chile and a homemade tortillas. It was amazing. I plan on returning every chance I get.
